I support people while they help themselves

If you continue to travel the same path you will continue to end up in the same place. Making a one degree difference here and now will change the direction of the road you are travelling which means you end up in a different place. We all think change has to be massive but it really doesn’t it can be as simple as starting a gratitude regime or lying in bed planning how great your day will be instead of worrying about all the things you have to do that day. Making small changes indicates to yourself, others and the universe that you want to do or be different. About five years ago I went to an amazing place called Onsite in America and did a week’s workshop called The Living Centered Programme. That is where I learnt to make the one degree change here and now for lasting change. 4 months later I booked myself on two professional courses which I then spent the next 2 years learning so much and it really did change my life on so many levels. This year I was lucky enough to spend two and a half days at a Dr Joe Dispenza seminar in Edinburgh where I was reminded that change doesn’t need to be massive it only needs to be small to send that Powerful message to the universe, your environment and yourself that things are going to be different. Dr Joe advocates a meditation practice which I still struggle with but I am working at it! So I suggest a gratitude practice or mindfulness or a positive outlook to make that small change which will lead to a big change. My life looks totally different now and I would not have had it any other way. One of my favourite sayings are you cannot change anything or anyone just the way you react. This definitely takes practice but again is a real game changer about how you feel and how peaceful life becomes.
